I (Dennis) have memories of going to the beach with the Early family. My mom and dad were good friends with the Early's and Tom and I were the same age. I was at their house numerous times. Please accept our condolences. We will keep you all in our thoughts and prayers.

To the family of Jean, please accept my condolences for your loss. I remember when Walter & Jean lived on Weaver Avenue next to my brother Joe. Many times I saw her pushing the children on riding toys on the front sidewalk. She was a wonderful person and even though I was still a kid she always took time to speak with me. They were wonderful neighbors to my brother and his family. Walter’s home was just up the street on Port and he was a great person as well. I enjoyed knowing both of them. An outstanding Harrisonburg family and Jean will be sorely missed by her family members.
