Hickory – Gracie Lee Ervin of Hickory went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family.
Born in York County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Jonas and Eugenia Adams Ervin.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 4 sisters.
Survivors include, 2 daughters, Sonya McClain and Kim Sadler; 2 grandchildren, Robert and Kyndal; a son-in-love, Robert McClain.
A public viewing will be held at St. Paul AME Zion Church at 437 S. Center St. Hickory on Monday, February 15, 2021 from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm.
A Celebration of Life service will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association at www.heart.org.
