

Corazon Q. “Cora” Miller, 70, of Inverness, FL, passed away on Tues., Nov 10, 2015 at Citrus Memorial Hospital in Inverness. A native of San Felipe, Zambales, Philippines, she was born May 25, 1945 to Juan and Roseta (Feliza) Quimson, one of nine children. Corazon moved to Inverness 21 years ago from Long Island, NY and in addition to being a lifelong homemaker and loving mother, she was a dietary aide, most recently with Citrus Health and Rehab Center in Inverness, a position she held for ten years. She was a member of the former PACOP Club in Citrus County, and was one of their original dancers. Mrs. Miller was a parishioner of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Inverness and is survived by her loving husband of 23 years, Harley J. Miller, Inverness; son Edmund Callo (wife Alexandria), Homosassa; daughter Dolores Callo, Inverness and her four other children, all of The Philippines: Aida Flores and Raquel, Dindo and Nito Day; her eight siblings, all of The Philippines: Ging Cruz, Thelma Rivera, Mila Brooklyn, Celia Pigorias, Ador Medina, and Romeo, Alfred and Boy Quimson; eighteen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Miller was preceded in death by a daughter, Marilou Soriano. Friends will be received on Fri., Nov. 13, 2015 from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. at Wilder Funeral Home, Homosassa. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Sat., Nov. 14, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. from Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, Inverness, with Fr. Irwin Belgica, Celebrant.
