It was a pleasure knowing and working with Dave as a DFE for almost 20 years.  Always wore his hat.  He will be missed.  Rest in peace.

I remember working with Dave as a DFE. He was always willing to pass on his knowledge to others. He was fun to work with. I remember him being a big College Basketball fan. We would talk about March madness while on console. Rest in Peace.

Dave was a patient, knowledgeable, and a very insightful teacher, co-worker, and friend.  He taught me the value of patience and persistence, and how to learn.  I learned quite a lot from him.  And for that, I am truly thankful.
Rest in peace, Dave.  You've earned this LOS break.

Dave and I started in Houston on the same day and worked side by side for many years. He will always be remembered as a great co-worker and close friend.

Very, very sorry to hear of Dave's passing. He and I worked together for 15 years or more in the Mission Control Center.  After our retirement, we use to see each other at the Kroger's on El Camino Real and talk for 15 or 20 minutes. He is surely missed.

I work with Dave for a long time and we was on the same team for most shuttle  mission. He would tell story about him and his brother growing up and their camping trips. I learn a lot form Dave he knew the network he had been in the field a long time and would pass on what knew and it was a lot.  Dave you was a great guy im's so glad to have meet you.

I visited Dave Coble in July 2016 at Los Ramirez.

Dave was a one of kind. I worked with him at NASA and I'll never forget him. He brought a lot of laughs to different situations that would have otherwise been stressful. My prayers are with the family.

I worked side by side with Dave for many years,  he always found a way, no matter what was going on to make me laugh.   Rest in peace my friend.

I always enjoyed spending time with Dave. He shared wonderful stories with me about hicking and books he'd read. I will always remember my time with him as moments of peace and inspiration. I miss you Dave
