Gayle Susan Holeman

Gayle Susan Holeman went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 15, 2016 at the age of 63. Sue was born in Houston, Texas on August 6, 1953. She married her high school sweetheart Jim Holeman. Sue and Jim have been going together since 9th grade. They were married on June 9, 1972 at Trinity Lutheran Church by Pastor Black for 44 of those years. Together, they raised two super fantastic kids; Zachary Shea and Jamie Suzanne.

Sue graduated from S.P. Waltrip High School in 1971. She loved the beach and the sun, cruises, traveling, traveling and more traveling. She worked at here at Trinity Lutheran Church for 24 years.

Jimmy, Zachary and Jamie would like to extend their many thanks, prayers and blessings to:

--Thanks to all their TRUE friends that have supported them with their many prayers throughout these last 27 months.

--Especially, many thanks to Baylor College of Medicine-Cancer Center and Sue's fantastic oncologist-Dr. Anita Sabichi, her RN-Josie Sena and their great Team, that were with them through every step -good & bad- all the way to her final end.

--Jim's employer - Turner Industries Group – A big thanks to everyone for their tremendous love, support and prayers for Sue.

***Sue fought the big fight with a smile, positive attitude and her faith in our great Father above. She finally lost her battle but was definitely was ready to celebrate her arrival at the gates of Heaven.

Sue Holeman’s Memorial Celebration Service will be Saturday, October 8, 2016 – 1:00PM at Trinity Lutheran Church Downtown 800 Houston Ave., Houston, Texas 77007. .
