She was born in Kansas City, Missouri on March 4, 1927. Norma graduated from Lincoln High School, and was married to the love of her life Charles Otis Dickerson. Norma had a career in Fashion for The May Company for over 30 years and was an avid member of Lakewood Church of Houston, Texas.
She is survived by her sister in law Lupe Rand; her nephews James Rand, Abe Rand, Ralph Rand, William Rand, Richard Rand, Robin Rand, Rubin Montoya and nieces Norma Rand, Lucy Latimer, Annette Dean, Dana Walker and Gillian Rand. She is also survived by a host of great nieces and nephews.
Funeral arrangements will be held at 1:00 P.M. in the Grand Chapel of American Heritage Funeral Home 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive Houston, Texas 77038 (281) 445-0050. A visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. in the Grand Chapel. A reception is to follow our Funeral Service from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.
