Nick & family,

I am so sorry for your sudden loss. My memories are of Raylene welcoming us into her home - sitting in the kitchen drinking coffee and talking as her young sons, and later her grandchildren, came and went. Raylene provided attention and support to her family, and I always felt the affection and pride she had for her children. I believe your memory of Raylene's love will help you through this difficult time.

Our deepest sympathy to Nick Carroll and family also to Raylene's brothers and sisters. So sorry for your loss. Raylene and I were best friends when we were young and remained friends through the years although we never seen much of each other as we both went forward with our lives. We had a lot of fun when we were young and I find this is heartbreaking for someone so young and for a family to lose the main person in their lives. My heart goes out to you Nick and your family. It will be hard for a while but you are strong and will make it through. Wish I could be there but I am not well enough to make the trip. My love to you all. To know Raylene was to love her -- a lovely lady with a winning personality and so much wisdom and humour. I'll never forget seeing her with her dogs next door and sharing the total fun and joy she brought with her. Her loss is heartbreaking; my most heartfelt condolences to Buck, Beth, and all the family.

One of the many familiar faces of the community I got to know from working on cash at the Co-op. Raylene was always so nice and kind to me and made me smile each time she came in. Sad to hear about her passing, my sympathies to you all.
