Charlotte Briana Plumlee, 26 of Jacksonville, FL passed away on March 13, 2018 surrounded by her chosen Angelwood family of over 18 years. Charlotte had a sweet spirit and a contagious smile. Her joyous way of living was infectious and captured the hearts of those around her.
She is survived by a nephew, James Presley Plumlee and her Angelwood family who loved her dearly and were honored to care for her.
