Ricky Lee Hadley Sr.

Rick was born on June 5, 1960 on an Air Force base in Wiesbaden, Germany. Rick traveled to the United States with his mother after his father, an Army service man, was killed on the Audubon in 1961.

Rick is survived by his wife, Marina, his children, Lucas, Ursula, Ricky Jr, and Jesse: his mother, Ursula Wegerle-Hadley Quiroz, stepfather, Alexander Quiroz, sister Janet Thomas, niece, Felicia Stinson, nephew, Jason Quiroz, and great niece and nephew, William and Katie. He is predeceased by his father, Carvin Houston Hadley.

Rick was an avid gardener. He loved planting vegetable and flower gardens in the Spring, tending his cows, and fishing with friends. Rick also enjoyed reading the Farmer’s Almanac to determine when to plant and watching his favorite pastor on tv.

A backyard memorial service is scheduled from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm on June 14th at 401 NE 61st Ter, Gladstone, MO 64118. Flowers and condolences may be sent to this address.
