The morning of January 16, 2018 Heaven gained a new Angel. Lona Eve Kelley Poole Mcdonald was born October 5, 1956 in Arkansas to Carla & Harold Kelley. Most of her life she lived in the Aldine area of Houston. She was a member of Greenwood Village Baptist Church. She graduated from MacArthur High School in 1975 and was proud to be a General. She was a cosmetology student and her lifelong passion was making people look beautiful. Lona was a Christian and she prayed for everyone. Her biggest joy in life were her children and her grand babies.
Preceded in death by her parents and youngest daughter Loree Beth McDonald.
She is survived by husband Danny McDonald, daughter Eva Teel & husband Joseph. Granddaughters Baylee Ramirez, Karleigh Teel, and Emma Teel. Sisters Lora Hughes, husband Rick and son Bobby Lee; Leslie Harris, husband Mike and children Christian Bonny, husband Thomas and son Liam; Jonathan McMahan and Jared McMahan. Her brothers David Kelley and Billie Burroughs. As well as other close friends and family members.
She was loved and will be misses by many. May she rest in Peace in God’s loving arms.
