Sofia A. Canales, 74, was born in Robstown, Texas and returned to her heavenly home on December 19, 2018 in Houston, Texas. Sofia is preceded in death by her parents, Estevan M. Canales and Maria H. Canales; her brothers Gorgonio Canales, Willie Canales, Roel A. Canales (R.A.), and her sister Argelia Canales Dovalina. She is survived by her brothers Roberto Canales, Benito Canales, Jose A. Canales, and Johnny Canales, and her sisters Margarita Flener, Irma Perez, and Janie Canales. She is also survived by her daughter Kassandra Anselmo, son Edward Bailey Jr., granddaughters Lindsay Anselmo and Brittany Hunter, as well as numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Sofia will forever live on in spirit and in our hearts and will be deeply missed.
