Patsy Ann Brooks

Patsy Ann (Mowery) Brooks, age 76, a resident of Cleveland, TN went to be with the Lord, on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at her home. Patsy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, devoted Christian and friend to many. She was preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Evelyn Underwood Waggoner; sisters, Yvonne Lemons, Helen Jane Williams and Judy Lynn Peck. Ms. Brooks was survived by husband, Ronald S. Brooks; children, Michael Alan Mowery and wife Tammy; Robin Elaine Kellett, Deborah Ann Hysinger and husband Paul; step – sons, Ronald S. Brooks, Jr and wife Angela; Franklin Brooks and wife Yvette; grandchildren, Whitney Anne Phillips, Cory Michael Hysinger, Samuel Joseph Kellett, Colton Thomas Hysinger, Logan Spencer Brooks and Dallas Cody Brooks; great grandchildren, Victoria and Gabrielle Phillips. Additionally she is survived by her sisters, Betty Monroe, Brenda Wilson, Deborah Whaley; half sister, Glenda Daniels; half brother, Tommy Daniels and many nieces, nephews, extended family members and special friends. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m., on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at Berry Highland South Funeral Home on Simpson Rd., the funeral will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, in the chapel with Rev. Johnny Hood officiating. Burial and graveside services will immediately follow in Berry Highland South Cemetery.
