Danny Duane Wannage

Danny was a member of Vineyard Christian Fellowship and was very close to his Lord. Danny was a loving person, he loved children, and they loved him back. He was employed at St. Louis Catholic High School, where he was loved by all and what joy he had with the students and faculty.

Danny is survived by one brother, Arthur Wannage of Perdido Key, Florida; one sister, Susan Wannage of Lake Charles; one niece, Katelyn Wannage Malcolm and husband Ian of Washington, D.C.; two aunts, Lois Douget, Olen Bette Cortez, both of Lake Charles; one uncle, Nelson Fontenot of Jennings; along with numerous friends, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Marion George Wannage and Catherine Fontenot Wannage.

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, March 5, 2018 at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles at 11:00am with Bro. Kelly Vigo officiating. Visitation will begin at the funeral home from 9:00am until the time of the service. Burial will follow at Consolata Cemetery.
