Gimo and I didn't know each other. Met on Facebook. Through research found that we we're 3rd cousins. Sad to here of his passing.  Seemed to be loved by many. Wish I could have met him in person. My prayers to his family.  
P.S. his photos reminds me of my brother.  His sons look like mine. Our family bond is strong.

Like many, I first met Gino while serving in the Navy. We just hit it off right away. He was kind and charitable in all his dealings.
My greatest memory was a vacation to Orlando with Joan and my wife, Rinette. What a great time. Gino was like a kid in a candy store. I pray that he has a front seat on heavens roller coaster. Rest in peace, brother.

I met Gino in High School working at Shaw's.  We were a tight knit group of about 10. We had so much fun and so many laughs. I was so saddened to read of his passing. May he rest in peace.

Gino was a great friend and brother when we served in the Navy.  One of the best, I will miss him as I miss all my brothers from the Navy.  If there was a way to turn back the hands of time and live it one more time.  Those days were the best.


Joan, it has been so very many years since we worked together at Dori Shoe.  I check the Lewiston paper online several times a week and when I saw Gino’s name, I felt so much sadness for you and your family.  I remember Gino coming to the office to see you as well as being the best looking cheerleader at our softball games.  What I remember the most is seeing the two of you together and the beautiful love you shared.  I am so sorry sweet Joan.  Your hearts will always be as one.....forever.

To Joan, Gino's kids and family, I grew up on Grove St,in Lewiston back in the day, and I remember Gino from childhood days.Needless to say, I was shocked to see him in the obits.Although we were not together that often, I do remember him as always being a jovial person, a huge smile(or smirk ) on his face, and  great sense of humor.
I was able to reconnect with your husband, father,son when I lived in Sabattus, and it was always a pleasure to see that smile I remember from childhood days.
My condolences to all who loved him, I am truly sorry for your loss.
Life is short, You have suffered a loss, If I may add one  thing that helped me , a few years ageo  with the loss of my daughter, and the grief that follows, it is this.
Take the love you had for Gino, and use it to fill the hole that this loss has left......

I want to say how sorry I am for your loss.  I got to watch the live stream service and it was very nice .  Andrew did a wonderful job speaking.    I have so many memories as a kid with Gino, Toni, Jean and Michel,  at camp and waterskiing at Kezar Lake and fishing in the brook.   They were simple times,  but very happy and memorable!  .  Goodbye.....cousin....until.   

Gino was a dear friend from our time in the Navy. We were roommates on James St, in Auburn. Our house and one two doors down were known as the "James Gang". A house full of sailors and as house full of locals. Good mix. Gino was so kind hearted. We were the cleaners. With five guys in a house it could a bit nasty if you didn't stay on top of it. Once time we went on strike. It lasted about 3 weeks until neither Gino or I could take any longer take the  nastiness or smell. We broke down and cleaned the kitchen and bathroom. RIP - I will miss my friend. 

You are in my thoughts Gino was a good friend to Woody many memories .

I am so sorry to hear about Gino's passing. It's been so long, I hope you remember me.  Those happy evenings at the Ramada, how young we all were.  I remember watching you & Gino & knew that your love would last forever!
I hadn't gotten around to reading the paper this morning so when my sister got home & asked me why Gino's name was familiar,  I said, "He was the best man when Tim & I got married, why?"  When she told me, it felt like a punch to my stomach.   Tim & I didn't last but I'm not at all surprised that you two did!

Thoughts and prayers are with Gino and his family at this difficult time.  I have many fond memories of our time growing up and going to school together. "Fair Winds and Following Seas" my fellow naval mate.  May you rest is peace.

Gino will be missed greatly.  When we needed help at camp Gustin he was always there. On behalf of all the boys whoever camped at Gustin thank you so much and god bless.

On behalf of my family, Boy Scout Troop 110, and the Knights of Columbus Council #13181, our sincere condolences and sympathies to the family of Gino.  I knew him best through his involvement with the Boy Scouts and I sincerely appreciate the assistance and guidance he gave us throughout the years.  I was honored to nominate Gino for the Silver Beaver award - a recognition for his lifelong commitment to Scouting which he received last year.  Godspeed Gino. 

So sorry to hear about Gino. He was my brother Marc's friend in high school.  I remember him as this tall guy that called himself "The Italian Stallion" and I was "Bud Stud, his understudy".  Hey, I was 11. Gino was huge then! He was a funny, wiry kid. He once said that his grandmother knew 7 words in English, but the ones she used the most; "Eat! Eat or you for-sicka!" She liked Marc. He was a GOOD eater!  I also had dad as a teacher, health maybe.  The Carmadeses have a very special place in my youth, my memories and my heart.
