I am so glad I got to see you last month. Avery and Noah as well as Kimmy enjoyed seeing you happy and feeling good. I will miss you dearly but I know you are in a happier place and hanging out with Freddie and Nanny and Papa too. Say hey to Kaye Smith and my grandparents for me please! We love you and miss you but, you take care now ok. We will meet again one day for sure.
Thanks for being so kind to me and my kids over the years. It's gonna be weird not having you here Lucy.

Aaaah Lucy....I will always remember the great times we had over the years. Times at the "cottage"....all the times we sat under your big old tree in the backyard and chatted...all the leaves we raked up..... all the sleepovers I had...all the times you and Fred took me to Port Stanley...I will always remember our time in the basement playing games and watching MASH...that was your favourite...I will always remember all those pieces of German Salami that you sliced for me....I will always remember those 2 hour plus phone calls in the evenings.....but most of all I will remember all our laughs and our secrets we told. Those will stay with me forever.
Enjoy being back together with Fred...its been 20 years.
Please give him a hug and kiss from me.....

Lucy - Thank you for all of the great memories and for being so good to us growing up. You were not only our Grandparents best friends, but You and Fred were a second set of Grandparents to us all. We will carry those memories and lessons of friendship for the rest of our lives. You are now back united with Fred, Muriel and Dave. May you rest in peace. Love - Scott.
