Jacob was born May 3, 1992 in Beckley, West Virginia. He was the son of Darren and Shannon (Barton) Moore. A loving friend, brother, uncle and cousin, Jacob was always fun to be with who had a laugh that was contagious and would do anything for anybody. Jacob loved his family and friends. He loved attending church and had recently found a relationship with God. He loved taking walks, listening to all types of music, and spending time with his girlfriend Stephanie.
He is survived by his mother, Shannon (Barton) Moore; his sister, Kassy Moore; his aunt, Cora Sue Acord; his nephew and niece, Riley and Ronan Toler; his step-sons, Ethan and Ronnie Brown; his grandmother, Gloria Rice; and many other loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Darren Moore.
Services will be held at a later date in West Virginia. Advantage Funeral and Cremation Services by Wappner is honored to serve the Moore family.
