We lost Dan Andrus, a larger than life man, on Sunday, 10/9/2016. He battled cancer with great strength. Dan attended Michigan State University and Florida State University. He had an extensive career in the restaurant industry. Dan was preceded in death by his parents, Dan and Lucille Andrus, sister, Denise Konecny, and granddaughter, Addison Andrus. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Andrus, brother, Don Andrus, children, Laurie & John Clough, Danny & Desi Andrus, Matt & Candice Andrus, Tim & Heather Andrus and Jessica Andrus, Stepchildren, Angie & Ryan Henry, Billy & Susan Grey, Grandchildren, Bennett & Sammy Clough, Cooper & Reagan Andrus, Kenny & Reilly Andrus, Braden & Loflin Andrus, Emma & Skylar Henry. The family will receive visitors at 3:15 with service to follow at 4:00, Saturday 10/15/2016. Both will be held at Suwanee United Methodist Church, 603 Scales Rd, Suwanee GA. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Hospice of Northeast Georgia or the American Cancer Society.
