Ms. Edith Muriel Currie, age 86, of Roswell, Georgia (and formerly of Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey), passed away on April 10, 2019. She was born in Wigam, England in 1932 to Edwin Charles & Louise Starkey Slater. For many years, she worked as a beautician. In her spare time, her family occupied her time. Spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren brought joy to her life. To them, her potato salad and apple pie were the best. She leaves to cherish her loving memory, her two daughters, Stephanie (Ken) Meyers and Donna (Stanley) Sickels; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and a host of family, loved ones and friends.
Edith’s family will gather for a private memorial service at a later date.
