He was born in Henry County, March 1, 1929 to Richard B. Eanes and Alice Agnes Eanes. He served in the Army from 1948 – 1950, during the Korean Conflict.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Omilee Pulliam Eanes; a son, Doug Eanes and several brothers and sisters.
He is survived by a daughter, Debbie Haynes (Bobby); sister, Rachel Kendall (Max); brother, Richard Eanes (Clara); 3 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held Monday, July 9, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Roselawn Burial Park.
