Daughter of Dwight and Ellen Luke. Lorraine married Leonard Earl Hames on May 3, 1947, he preceded her in death in 2002. She then met her special friend Marvin Gardner, he died in 2014; Lorraine was also preceded in death by her son, Wayne “Butch” Hames.

Lorraine is survived by her daughters, Barbara Lounsbury and Deborah (Richard) Nix; grandchildren, Laura (Kurt) Maleski, Isaac (Kari) Nix, Sarah (Joe) Morgan; great-grandchildren, Matthew, Karleigh, Lucas, Jacob and Isabella.

Funeral Service 2pm Wednesday at Sunset Kapala-Glodek Funeral Home (2250 St. Anthony Blvd. NE. MPLS). Visitation 1pm until time of service. Interment Sunset Cemetery
