Esther Freeman

Esther was born on June 10, 1933 in Robeson County, NC., daughter of the late Benjamin Franklin and Clydia McLean. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Winfred Freeman, who passed away in November of 1997, also preceding her in death were nine siblings.

She is survived by her son Charles Randall Freeman of Waxhaw, NC (wife Tracey) and daughters, Cheryl Masten of Garner, NC, Cathy F Holbird of Summerville, SC (husband Chris), C Diane Gerena, (husband Nelson) of Summerville, SC; grandchildren Ryan Freeman of Charlotte, NC, Eric Masten (wife Aislyn) of Wake Forest, NC, Amber Powell (husband Wesley) of Garner, NC, Christopher Soldano (wife Christina) of Booneville, NC, Brittany Soldano, Michael Holbird (wife Summer), Justin Gerena, Jonathan Gerena all of Summerville, SC; and great grandchildren, Crews, Sabella, Charlie, Brendan, Samantha, Alexis, Reagan and Dallas.

A visitation will be held from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at McEwen Funeral Service-Mint Hill Chapel. A funeral service will follow at 12:00 pm in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be held at Sunset Memory Gardens.
