Graveside services for Mrs. Cleo Ralls Martin, 95, of Whistler, Alabama, will be held Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at 1:00 PM, on the grounds of Pine Crest Cemetery, 1939 Dauphin Island Parkway, Mobile, Alabama, 36605.
Mrs. Cleo was raised in Evergreen, Alabama, born December 6, 1923 to the late James Edward and Lizzie Pate Ralls. She was called to her Heavenly home April 13, 2019, surrounded by loved ones at her home in Mobile.
Cleo absolutely LOVED her children (their spouses), grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her Kitty-cats, always devoted to their needs. Cleo didn’t like “Rainy Days” because it would keep her from being outside and working in her flower gardens. In her later years she would enjoy watching Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune and Family Feud.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Wilton Ralls and her husband, George Allen Martin.
Left to cherish Cleo’s beautiful memories will be her five children: Eva Martin Moore, Leland Edward (Debbie) Martin, Libby (Randall) Wells, Donna (Mike) McIntyre, and Shirley (Jerry) Williams, nine grandchildren, Scott (Brandy) Moore, Keith Moore, Chris (Alicia) Martin, Kyle (Melanie) Martin, Jonathan (Angela) Wells, Ashley (Zach) King, Dannon (Kyndel) Wells, Michael (Lauren) McIntyre, and Andy Williams, seventeen great grandchildren, Brandon Wood, Mia Martin, Taylor Martin, Braxton Martin, Ella Martin, Wesleigh (Randy) Wright, Abigail (John) Pugh, Molly Taylor, Tyler Wells, Bennett Wells, Caleb King, Austin King, Kinsley King, Elias Wells, Cora Wells, Hanley Braver and Anna McIntyre, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in honor of Mrs. Cleo Martin to the Mobile Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA), 620 Zeigler Circle West, Mobile, Alabama, 36608 at the family’s request.
Mom's favorite line was "Let's just get it over with".
