I worked with Andy at Sealed Air Corporation for his entire time there. I have a special story that really depicts how nice he was. My son Peter was a sophomore at SCSU in New Haven. Pete had a car at school and when he was changing the spark plugs one broke off in the engine block. Not sure what to do I asked Andy. He said give me Pete’s address which I did. He went to the school , met Pete, fixed the broken plug( no easy task), then wouldn’t take any money for doing this I finally convinced him to take payment. He was a wonderful person

My condolences on your loss. I worked with Andy many years and considered him a friend at work and out of work. I have good memories of Andy and will miss knowing that he's puttering in his garage working on the next car project.
