He was born and raised in Richwood West Virginia. He worked at St. Charles MFG in Illinois for 35 years and retired in 1996. He was an avid runner and participated in many marathons. In 1999 he moved to New Bern NC and became very active in Courts Plus.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Vicki Kochis O’Dell in September of 2016.
He is survived by his daughters Debbie O’Dell and Julie O’Dell; and by his two brothers Eddie O’Dell and David O’Dell.
The family will receive friends and enjoy hearing your memories of our father on Thursday, December 21, 2017 from 6-8 pm at Cotten Funeral Home.
