Isaiah 40.28-31
Hast thou not known? Has the not heard, that the everlasting God, the Lord, the creator of the end of the earth, fainteth not. Neither is weary? There is no searching of his understanding. He giveth power to the faint; to them that have no might he increaseth strength. But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength: they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run and not be weary; and they shall walk and not faint.
Wife’s tribute:
Danny, you will always be the love of my life, the apple of my eye. I will cherish our years together the good and the bad times just the way they were. No one could ever take the place of you being the kindest, nicest, sweetest and most protecting man that has ever lived.
And in your very last days in spite of your illness, you became even more beautiful to me than ever and I wanted you to stay with me always to carry out the plans we’d made.
I know you will always be with me mind, body and spirit guiding and protecting me, helping me to always do what is right and just in all situations. We lived and loved a good life and we did all we could for each other while we could.
On behalf of Dan I would like to send a huge thank you to his best friends Raul and Crystal Laboy and Mike and Phyllis Miller for coming to help me with whatever I needed done and to take care of Dan when he could no longer manage for himself.
A big thank you to Dan’s brother, Randy and nephew, JR for keeping a daily check on things, and always staying in touch with me to make sure I had everything needed to handle the situation. And BIG THANKS! to Burford LaRue for coming to see Dan while he was hospitalized.
Thank you Mother Gracie, sisters-in-law Sharon, Diane, Sheila, Mellonee and everyone who sent prayers for me!
May God bless and keep everyone of you.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, November 16, 2019 at 1:00 pm at 39 Angel Drive, Star City, Arkansas 71667.
