Carolyn Virginia Coyne

Carol is survived by her daughters Tammy (Coyne) Loftus and husband Doug, Cherie Marie Coyne, son Charles Joseph Coyne and wife Becky, and five loving granddaughters, Cassie, Kenzie, Emily, Cally and Maggie. Carol is also survived by her with nieces, nephews and extended family. Carol was a loving mother, wife, grandmother, aunt and friend to everyone. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Coleman (Coke) Coyne and sister Katherine Coyne.

Carol’s love for her family was unconditional. She was a woman of great character and who was true to herself. She worked in the financial aid office at Otterbein University for 35 years. Carol was well respected by her co-workers and always offered assistance to her students. Carol enjoyed spending quality time with her husband, Coke and cared for him until his death. Carol will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

The family would like to thank the staff at Advent Health Hospice for their loving care and support. Also, the family would like to extend their sincere thanks for everyone’s thoughts and prayers.

A funeral mass will be held at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Westerville, Ohio. Date and time of the service will for Carolyn Coyne will be determined. Memorial donations may be made to St. Paul’s Catholic Church, 313 N. State St. Westerville, Ohio 43082.
