Nancy Lynn Pado

Nancy was born on August 9, 1968 in Newton, Iowa the daughter of Thomas and Mary Comerford. She graduated from Miami Killian High School in 1986 and the University of Miami in 1992 with a BA in Elementary Education. Nancy married her loving husband Michael Pado on July 20, 1996 and they had 24 unbelievable years together. On august 12, 2000 Michael’s and Nancy’s daughter Leanne Pado was born.

The love of Nancy’s life was raising her daughter Leanne who is now a student at the University of Central Florida majoring in Nursing. Nancy maintained lifelong friendships with her high school girl friends Teresa LaPointe Osorio, Joanne LaPointe and Debbie Buzzella.

Nancy was a gifted elementary school teacher, teaching predominately at inner city schools. Nancy helped countless under privileged children with reading, writing, and arithmetic.

Nancy was a writer of poetry and short stories. She was a voracious University of Miami Football fan and attended UM football games throughout her life. Jogging was a Nancy’s exercise passion. Nancy was a cat lover her entire life.
