Robert Charles Evenson December 29, 1944 – November 7, 2017 Robert Evenson, 72, known to most as Bob, died November 07, 2017. He passed away at the Viera Hospital, Melbourne, Florida with his wife Sharon, daughter Denise, son Robert and nephew Jeff by his side. He was born on December 29, 1944 to Lawrence H. Evenson and Margaret L. Squire in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He graduated from Brighton High School and started his career at A&P supermarket. He served as a MP in the U.S. Army, stationed in Panama during Vietnam. Afterwards, he returned back to the U.S. and continued his career in the grocery industry and at one time owned an IGA grocery store in Eaton Rapids, Michigan. He moved to Florida in 1999 where he eventually retired. He is survived by his wife Sharon of 52 years, his beloved dog Ginger, his daughter Denise and son Robert. He also leaves behind his three brothers Tom, Larry and Bruce and their families. Interment took place at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, Mims, Florida. A private family celebration of his life was held afterwards at his home. The family wishes to thank all of those who prayed, visited and sent well wishes during his last few months.
