Lawrence Michael LaBine

Lawrence (Larry) M. LaBine, age 59, died Tuesday, April 28, 2020, in Scottsdale, AZ. Larry was

born in Ohio. He attended Grand Blanc High School (GBHS) in Grand Blanc, Michigan where

he was a valued member of the swim team and State Champion. He graduated from GBHS in

1979. He received a Bachelor of Science in business & psychology in 1983 from Central

Michigan University. Subsequently, Larry moved to Arizona, where he worked for & attained

numerous accreditations for financial planning and managed several companies.

Larry thrived on traveling, visiting over 80 countries. His passions were skiing, sailing & fine art.

He will be remembered for his generosity & support to his family, friends, and associates. But

more than anything, he will be missed for his humor & playful personality.

Larry is survived by daughters, Sydney and Shelby; a brother and 3 sisters; 6 aunts and uncles;

numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. The Covid-19 pandemic precludes having a funeral

service at this time. The family will receive your condolences online thru Cremation Society of

Phoenix, which is handling final arrangements. If you would like to be notified when there is a
