Marilyn was born March 2, 1935 in Gothenburg, NE, to Jurgen Keiser and Sophia (Poggendorf) Keiser. She graduated from Gothenburg High School in 1952 where she was a member of the marching band. After graduation she briefly moved to Denver, CO, then to San Francisco, CA. She met Brandon Lee Davis while she was in California. He would become her dance partner for life when they were united in marriage on March 23, 1974 at the North Chapel, Naval Training Center in San Diego, California.
Brandon and Marilyn made their life together in Phoenix, Arizona where they were members of Christ Lutheran Church. Known for their backyard gatherings at “Camp Davis”, Marilyn was a wonderful hostess and always had a smile on her face.
