Jane Alice Grubb

Buffalo, NY native Jane A. (Doherty) Grubb passed away suddenly June 23, 2020 at her home in Tamarac, FL. Jane was born October 25,1933 to John A. and Catherine (Hayslip) Doherty. Jane attended Mount Saint Joseph Academy where she developed lifelong friendships. Jane was married to her husband of 67 years William (Bill) T. Grubb in 1952. They soon moved to Tonawanda and raised two children. Jane was a kind and generous person who enjoyed helping others.

Preceding her death are her parents and brother, John A. Doherty. Jane is survived by her loving husband Bill; two children William Gregory (Marlene) Grubb of Sunrise, FL and Patricia Jane Doherty of Toledo, Ohio; grandchildren Lauren (Justin) Cristiano and William Ian Grubb, two great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. Memories of Jane’s life will be cherished.
