Victor Garcia was born on December 12, 1935 and passed away on June 20, 2018
A lifelong native of Port Arthur, Texas except for a 20 year career in the U.S. Air Force.
1955 graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School.
1971 graduate of the Air Force Academy.
He Air Force deployments included Wichita Falls, Tx, Edwards Air Base in California, Dow Air Base in Bangor, Maine where he met his wife Charlene and had his son Victor III, Barksdale Air Base in Shreveport, La and retired from K.I. Sawyer Air Base in Marquette Michigan in 1975. Victor Jr was a Bomber/Navigation technician who worked mainly on B-52 Stratofortress Bomber radar guidance systems.
Upon returning to Port Arthur, Victor Jr was employed by Texas Electronics Co 1975, Texaco Refinery 1977-1984 (Electrician), and Chevron Refinery 1984-1991 (Operations).
Victor Jr is the son of the late Victor Garcia Sr and Juanita Garcia of Groves, Texas.

An interment for Victor will be held Saturday, June 23, 2018 at Greenlawn Memorial Park. A visitation will occur Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 11:00 AM. A funeral service will occur Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 11:00 AM.
