

With great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Wally McCray due to an ATV accident in Arizona on February 7, 2012. Wally is survived by his loving wife Betty of 47 years, son Kevin (Allison) McCray, daughters Wendy (Jeff) Hinton & Jeannie (Grant) Rerick and his adored grandchildren-Tessa, Cassie, Carlee, Matthew & Ryan. Papa was predeceased by his beautiful granddaughter Kallie. Wally will be remembered by his boisterous laugh, his sense of humor and the fact that he was always up for a new adventure. Wally was well known for his enthusiasm for camping, fishing, snowmobiling, chuck wagon racing, and a good old campfire. He truly did love the time he spent with his family and sharing special moments over the years. Wally was also well known in the construction industry for forming White Spruce Enterprises 1981 Ltd, which was his pride & joy. The family would like to say thank-you to our Uncle Rod Angove for the care and compassion he has provided to Jeannie and Mom during this tragic time in Arizona, we are truly grateful. A special thank-you to Mom and Dad's friends at Star Valley Ranch for being there for mom after the tragic accident and loss of her husband. Thank you to Jack and Tom and the other riders who tried to help dad and stayed with him till the end, we are so glad he was not alone. A celebration of Wally's life will be held Friday February 17, 2012 First Baptist Church at 3:00pm with reception to follow at the Hart Community Hall.
