Clara Gee

January 30, 1922 - September 1, 2020

On September 1, 2020, Clara returned Home to be with her Lord and Saviour, joining her loved ones that went before.

Clara was predeceased by her husband Herman Scheske (1967); their infant son who died at birth (1960); husband Arnold Gee (1991); parents Fred and Ottillie Manz; sisters Alma (Henry) Schmidt, Helen (Ernest) Schmidt, Elsie (Matt) Petrowicz; brothers Erhardt (Lilley) Manz and Wilfred (Irene) Manz; in-laws John and Olga (Scheske) Wolfe and John Davis; nephew Clarence Schmidt; and niece Leslie Ann Manz.

She is survived by her sons, Ken (Carol) Scheske and their children Michael, Daniel and Lindsay (great grandchild George) of Kelowna, and Cyril (Cheryl) Scheske of Regina, and their children, Chelsea (Taylor) of Montreal and Andrea of Regina; and sister-in-law Adeline (Scheske) Davis of Banning, California.

Clara approached every challenge with courage and strength. She loved to travel and explore, and was always willing to try new things. Her faith was her guide and her family and friends held a special place in her heart. She was a ray of light, and will be missed by so many that had the privilege to know her. Clara was truly an icon to her family.

At Clara’s request there will be a private graveside service for family at the Wheatwyn Cemetery, Markinch.
