Cora, my oldest sister. I have incredibly, fond memories (from my childhood especially). Cora took care of us in a fun way. She and Jerry would take us everywhere. We would go bowling, take trips to different parts of Michigan and go to the laundry mat every week (that was even fun). We were also included and welcomed by her best friend Susie Burns and her sweet girls. Riding bikes and snowmobiles, swimming at the gravel pit, eating frozen custard, sledding and playing cards and Yahtzee till we got so sleepy we couldn’t hold our eyes open. Yep, she was like our second mom and her boys were like our brothers. We had a blast with our big sis!
Thank you Cora! I will be forever grateful for your love and our time together.
RIP knowing how much you were loved by all of your sisters.

When I was a little girl, and our Extremely large family got to together (my mom is 1 of 7 sisters). I had a little massage business, lol. I hung my price list up and my Aunt Cora Always bought the hour long session. The ONLY thing she ever wanted was her hair brushed! As I became an adult our reltionship evolved into something more special. I will miss what I couldn't quite put my finger on, why we had the bond we did till I heard the description of you from Kim today. We are so alike. :-) I love and will miss you.

My aunt Cora was a very strong woman. I’ll always remember the times we went over to her house with my mom and all the cousins would get together and just play in the fort and around the house and then the gully! Fun times of our childhood Cora always treated us with love and kindness she will be surely missed! I am grateful for the memories I have of her home and all of us cousins playing together she always made us feel welcomed. Rest In Peace my sweet Aunt.
