Ontario/Webster: Passed away suddenly on May 23rd, at age 88.
She has gone to join many loved ones, including her husband, Henry P. Forest.
She will be greatly missed by her son, Henry C. (Molly), grandchildren, Karrie Jo, Henry D. (Kristen), Marcie (Liam), Scott, and Daniel (Chasidy); 14 great-grandchildren; sister, Arlene Van Halle, sisters-in-law, Joan Bates, Rose Yettevich, brothers-in-law, Chet Nowak, John Forest, Chester Forest as well as many nieces, nephews and friends

A Memorial Service will be held at 10AM on Sat. May 28th, at Living Word Assembly of God Church, 2344 Ridge Rd., Ontario, NY. Interment in White Haven Memorial Park at a later date.
