What an amazing woman GeorgeAnn was! She was the one person I believe in the history of Sac Probation that people could not say “no” to. She was loved by all; she shared her love for family with us, encouraging officers to bring in photos of our kids so she could hang them on the walls in her office alongside her children!
It warmed my heart when I went to visit her last year and we sat and looked through her photo album and shared so many good memories of our career with the probation department!
I have so many fond memories of her.... brings a smile to my face. I’m so sorry for the Millar family and this sudden loss. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Hugs to you all and know your mom/grandma will be remembered and loved for the beautiful (inside and out) woman she was.

I met Georgeann when I was in my mid 20’s. She was so sweet and caring. She taught me a few life lessons about men and self care. She was so easy to talk to and we kept in touch for a while after she retired. Georgeann showed me how to maintain good working skills and stay true to your goal, she was a great role model. I’ll miss her so.
