Ricarda Garza Medrano

Ricarda Garza Medrano, born on April 3, 1928, went to be with the Lord on June 28, 2018, at the age of 90. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Frank V. Medrano and parents Miguel and Leonor Garza. She is survived by her children; Jesus Flores (Alicia), Nora Flores Alcala, Araceli Flores Doncaster and Sergio Flores (Laura); 11 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Ricarda loved to play Loteria and spend time with her family. She was a hard working lady who enjoyed dancing and making people laugh. She will truly be missed by family and friends.

A Visitation will be on Thursday, July 12, 2018, at 5:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home on 2525 Palo Alto Road. On Friday, July 13, 2018, a Funeral Procession will depart the Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. for an 11:45 a.m. Mass at St. Joseph (So. San), 535 New Laredo Highway. Interment will follow at 1:30 p.m. at Fort Sam National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Road in San Antonio, Texas.
