Irene Joan (Marsh) Mendonza of East Sandwich, MA passed away on October 17, 2019. She was born in Yonkers, NY on May 3, 1927, and predeceased by her parents, Tony & Mary Marsh, and sister Gloria Liptak. She was the beloved wife of the late John M. Mendonza. She is survived by her daughter Joanne (Russell) Earle, nieces, nephews and cousins.
She graduated from Girls vocational High School and worked at A.C Nielsen in New York City as a chartist prior to moving to Cape Cod in 1953, where she assisted her husband with his plumbing business. She enjoyed gardening, reading and traveling, especially to Maine.
There will be no calling hours, however, the service will be Friday October 25, 2019 at 11AM at Corpus Christi Parish in Sandwich, MA.
