John J. Branton of Sarasota, FL, formerly of Washington, PA passed away, Sunday, March 13,2011. He was 96 years old. John was the beloved husband of Lorraine (Thomas) and the late Anna Lucille Branton.
Born in Pittsburgh, PA, he moved to Washington, PA and owned and operated Industrial Enterprises until retiring to Sarasota in 1972. In Addition to his wife, he is also survived by his two beloved daughters, Janet Branton of Sterling, VA and Judy Laws and her husband Bob of Doylestown, PA. He is also survived by his two grandsons, Matthew Laws of Perkasie, PA and Brandon Laws and his wife Renee of Boston, MA. He will also be missed by Lorraine's beloved daughters Linda Weider and her husband Skip and Sherry Sholtis and her husband John.
