Michael Kinney

Michael James Kinney died peacefully in his sleep on January 11, 2019, after a short battle with cancer. Michael was always known for his quick wit and great sense of humor. He loved music and liked to play Elton John and Genesis songs on the piano. He also loved cars and started working on his own cars when he was only sixteen. Later in life, Michael’s love of cars grew into a career as he became the owner of an auto repair business. He enjoyed the outdoors and especially the ocean. His love of going to the beach began as a teenager and continued throughout his lifetime. He also adored his dogs and taking them to the dog park. Michael is lovingly survived by his wife, Kristine; sisters Christine Hanson and Louise Kinney; brothers Kevin, Patrick, and Brian; three nieces and four nephews, as well as four grandnephews and one grandniece. Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Mary Jane Kinney.
