My dearest Auntie Olive!
Where do I start, so many wonderful memories of time spent in N.D.G! After your move to St.Catharines, our paths could only cross over the phone....and that they did.
I do believe I managed to drive you crazy with my constantly saying ''well, both parents are gone, so now
I'm an orphan'' and you have to adopt me...to which your contagious laughter & sardonic words left me speechless. We became extremely close over the last 10 years..playing JEPOARDY over the phone, as I continually screamed ''cheater'' (only because I was not a brainiac) and you got every question right!

Your kindness, caring and love meant the world to me....you were a true trail blazer!
Sweet dreams ''friend''...with love always & forever, your niece, Elaine

My Auntie Olive...She was always smiling and welcoming. At a young age a week in the summer spent at her home in NDG was a treat..I will always remember the shady trees of that home and the milk being delivered by a milkman and a horse drawn Milk Wagon .
Uncle Jack was my first dentist and she his assistant..so no fear as Aunt Olive was there . Words escape me right now..I will remember her always .
Condolences to Brian , Arlene and Charles and their families....May she be at Peace

We remember Olive as a very welcoming long time member at Carleton United Church. She was one of the first to engage, and welcome us when we started there 35+ years ago when our kids were small. She was active in all aspects there for many years. We have many fond memories of working on many projects and dinners at the church with her over many years. She was one of a kind will be missed. Our deepest condolences to all of her family. Regrets that we are away this week, but will be thinking of Olive, and you all especially this coming Wednesday at Westminister.
