Edmund C Long

Born in McKeesport, PA, Ed had previously lived in Detroit, Michigan before moving to the Stuart area over 45 years ago.

He was a veteran of the United States Army and was a service manager for Fisher Oldsmobile for 25 years. Ed loved the beach, and he, along with his wife, Barbara, had previously lived in the Bahamas as well.

Ed is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Barbara Long of Stuart, FL; sons, Kenneth and Michael Long of Stuart, FL; step-son, Robbin Creager (Barbara) of Port St. Lucie, FL; step-daughter, Daune Hartman (Larry) of Clearwater, FL; grandchildren, Jamie Lodes (Bram), Jennifer Deacon (Andy), Julia Nuara, Joseph Nuara, James Hartman and Larry Hartman, Jr; and one great grandson affectionately known as Lil’ Andy.

He was predeceased by his step-daughter, Roxanne Nuara.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 3:00PM at Aycock Funeral Home in South Stuart.
