John Joseph Kocik

John J. Kocik of Sun City passed away on July 15, 2019. He was born in Binghamton, New York on May 6, 1938 and moved to Arizona on September 17, 1972. John is survived by his stepson Scott Mesick and his grandchildren Joshua and Jason Preston. John was preceded in death by his parents John and Anne Kocik and his stepdaughter Christine Mesick Tyler. A Mass of Christian burial will take place at St. Elizabeth Anne Seton Church on Friday, August 2, 2019 at 1:00 pm. Burial will be at Holy Redeemer Cemetery. Contributions may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Society, 420 W. Watkins St., Phoenix, AZ 85003.
