Edgar R. Manes, age 80, of Sylacauga, Alabama passed away on Sunday, July 18, 2021. Edgar was born January 1, 1941.

He is survived by his sons Fred Manes (Linda) and Loy Manes II; sister Becky Moore (Wayne); grandchildren Trae Otwell and Chance Baldwin; great grandchild Bobby Otwell and numerous nieces and nephews.

Edgar was preceded in death by his brother Allyn Manes and sister Clydean Roper.

A visitation for Edgar will be held Wednesday, July 21, 2021 from 11:30 AM to 12:40 PM at Curtis and Son Childersburg Chapel. Following the visitation there will be a graveside service at 1:00 PM at Fayetteville United Methodist Church Cemetery.
