He was born in Mallie, Kentucky on October 8, 1929 to the late Mayo and Virgie Craft. Also preceded in death by his Step Mother, Alma Craft.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Aileen Standifer Craft and Anna Craft Blair, mother of his children. Four brothers, Arlie, Charles, Ward, Mike Staley, and two sisters, Aileen and Linda Sue.
Claude is survived by two sons: Phillip (Sandy) Craft and Steve Craft, two daughters, Judy (Gene) Reynolds and Kaye Craft. One step son, Philip Mabe, two brothers, Nelson (Peggy) Craft, Dean (Debbie) Craft, three sisters Anna Marie Smith, Pam Compton, and Patsy Sexton. Grandchildren: Tracy, Kristie, Brooke, Todd, Sheena, Kari, Brittany, and Sydney. Eleven great grandchildren. As well as a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends. A special tribute to William Dykes, caretaker and special friend.
Funeral services for Claude Craft will be held Sunday January 5th from 12 until 1 PM at Coffey Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 1 PM in the Coffey Funeral Home chapel. Burial will be after in the Fairview Cemetery.
