Debbie, I am so sorry about the loss of your Brother. I didn't realize it was him until today. My heartfelt condolences go out for you and your family. Prayers for all.

Mike and I walked the beat on Atlantic Ave many a summer season. We rode those little motorcycles and wrote many tickets together. He was a good partner to have and a great friend both on and off duty. RIP my friend and God bless the family.

Mike was such an interesting man. He had many stories and opinions to share with his coworkers.  He even gave me a Russian hat to wear when we had firearm qualifications in the winter months. Rest in peace, Mike. Remembering many years and answering many calls together at the 2nd Precinct. I never saw you get angry or even raise your voice. You were a calming force in a crazy world.

Mike was always kind and wearing a smile.  

Worked with Mr Falkner in visitation at the Virginia Beach jail.  Many talks and lots of good food we shared for several years.  Very glad to have had the opportunity to work with him.  Thoughts and prayers for you and your family.

Met Mike In Visitation At the Sheriff`s Office. We hit it off from the get go since I used to work with VBPD Aux. before sheriff office, we would spend hours talking/laughing instead of working to find out we had a lot of similar thing in common when he left the sheriff`s office I retired and actually ended up doing mikes job in visitation. he probably has something to do with that. I will miss you brother till we meet again and sit on that porch in heaven and have a cold one talking about everyone still down below. Love you alway.

When you came to the 329th that is when our friendship and good times began. The fun times in the Unit and the 19th Street Brewery with the 32 ounce dark beers will stay with me forever. Then we realized through genealogy that we were distant cousins, but you were more like a brother to me. Will miss you greatly.

Let's try this again... Kristin, my deepest, heartfelt condolences. You may not remember me, but I actually met your mother, Karen, way back in her sorority days at UVA/Charlottesville, in 1971, so I actually knew her first. I then met your dad three years later as a rookie patrolman and found we had several common interests, so were friends ever since. Mike and I spoke and emailed a few times in recent years, but had somewhat lost touch with each over the last year. I did not know he was hospitalized, or I would have gone to see him. I am so sorry for your loss.  May God bless you, comfort you and keep you safe. Mike is no longer in pain, and God will keep him in his fold until we all see him again. I will miss him.

Mike, a good man, a good cop who dedicated his life to the service and protection of others .. another of Virginia Beach's finest gone too soon. He will be greatly missed. Love and prayers to his family.

We had some great times at the 2nd Precinct in the early 70's.  I am so thankful to have been a part of your life.  May the Lord bless you and keep you.  May the Lord's face shine upon you and be gracious to you. Both now and forever more.  Kristin...you were a blessing to your dad and exhibited a love that only exists between father and daughter. We are so sorry we can't be there to celebrate his wonderful life, Kristin. Paul just had knee surgery this week and can't travel. May God bring you comfort and peace.
