Wilson Lomax Dozier

Mr. Dozier was born May 28, 1914 to the late Thomas and Sally Dozier in Deep Creek, VA. He worked for N&W Railroad retiring after 30 dedicated years. Mr. Dozier was an active member of Cornerstone Baptist Church and was voted “Father of the Year” by his church family. He loved working with his hands and was known as “Mr. Fix-It” by his family and friends. He will always be remembered as a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend. He will be deeply missed. Mr. Dozier is preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Dozier and a granddaughter, Kymberly Thomas.

Left to cherish to his memory is: his loving wife of 68 years, Dorothy Dozier; two daughters, Sandra Dozier, Carolyn Hambrick and husband David; two grandsons, Kevin Gossett and wife Jessica, Kraig Gossett and wife Jennifer; 10 great-grandchildren: Adam, Kyle, Hunter, Trey, Kara, Mason, Keegan, Jordyn, Cameron, Courtney; three great-great grandchildren: Landon, Angela and Reese and a nephew, David Dozier and wife Fern.
