Born in Providence the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Costa) Da Costa she was a longtime resident of Warren.
Early on, she worked for Coro Jewelry in Providence and Goldenberg Jewelry in San Francisco. The manager at Vienna Bakery in Barrington for 25 years, she was a skilled cake designer. Ollie was the head of the Red Hat Society in Warren and a past president of her bowling league at Dudek Bowling Lanes and her Bristol Seniors Group. A two time breast cancer survivor, she was a dedicated, hard-working perfectionist.
She is survived by one daughter, Diane Acciardo of Rumford; one son, Vincent Acciardo, Jr.; two brothers, Alfred Da Costa and Edward Da Costa; and two grandsons, V. Michael Acciardo and Jason Allan Acciardo. She was the sister of the late Joseph Da Costa.
