On August 26, 2014 of Naples, Florida. Wife of C. Robert Hanley; beloved mother of Charles R Hanley, III (Robin), Daniel D. Hanley (Susan) and Shannon E. Hanley; grandmother of Charles IV, Gabrielle, Beau, Gillian, Patrick and Georgia. She is also survived by her siblings, Elizabeth Kastina, Al Knapik and Theresa Stojek; caregiver, Kathleen Foley and brother-in-law, Michael D. Hanley. Family will receive friends on Tuesday September 2 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Gawler's Funeral Home, 5130 Wisconsin Avenue, Washington, DC 20016. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, September 3 at 11 a.m. at Georgetown Preparatory School Chapel, 10900 Rockville Pike, North Bethesda, MD 20852. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society .
